As part of the development and popularization of athletics, from August 11 to August 13, 2023, the annual Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Athletics among Masters (MASTERS) was held in the city of Karagenda, in which more than 100 amateur athletes took part in the age category 18-75+ years . Based on the results of the races, prizes were awarded for each category among men and women.

A valuable quality of sports people is that they know how to work in highly competitive conditions: they were accustomed to this by sport, where even ordinary training is not complete without struggle.

HR Specialist of the Legal Department of the Company Natalya Kobets (category 45-49 years old) took part in five running distances and took the following prizes:

• I place – 4*100 meter relay in 1:14.88s;
• II place – 400 meters in 1:25.93s;
• II place – 800 meters in 3:16.98s;
• II place – 1500 meters in 7:00.15s;
• III place – 200 meters in 36.05 seconds.
